Welcome to my blog! At the request of my son, I have written several stories about my service as a Naval Aviator flying off the USS Constelation and the USS Coral Sea during Operation Rolling Thunder, the air war. My flights were mostly in North Vietnam in the mid-60s. Retelling these stories was somewhat theraputic for me. The people who read the stories have told me they very much enjoyed them. I want to share them with you.
     I now know that I would like to hear other veteran's stories,especially about Vietnam. You all have some interesting event or happening that you remember. Now, I want you to share your war story with others. You can grade my war stories, and others will grade your stories. It should be fun. Give yourself a chance to be a story teller.
     My Vietnam war stories are over 40 years old. They may have been embelished, or I may have forgotten some correct details, but nevertheless, I think you will enjoy them.
